Green Associate is the introductory-level credential for LEED and demonstrates a general understanding of all the LEED rating systems. Our LEED GA workshops provide an introduction to green building and sustainable design principles, specifically as they relate to USGBC\u2019s LEED green building rating system. We make individuals to pass the LEED Green Associate exam on the first attempt itself, and it is your first step in becoming as a LEED professional.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Course Objective<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At the end of this course, participants will be able to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Explain the various LEED rating systems, categories, &amp; minimum program requirements<\/li>\n<li>Identify the core concepts and define key terms of the green building industry<\/li>\n<li>Describe the LEED certification process<\/li>\n<li>List the requirements, strategies, and intents of LEED credits<\/li>\n<li>Differentiate between the referenced standard used by LEED<\/li>\n<li>Identify the best practices for achieving a sustainable project site<\/li>\n<li>Determine appropriate water-saving strategies<\/li>\n<li>Prioritize strategies related to energy use &amp; savings<\/li>\n<li>Relate material selection to Life-Cycle Assessment<\/li>\n<li>Explain the ways in which the building process and operations can affect a projects\u2019 indoor environmental quality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Course Contents<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Green Associate Exam Prep Course will be delivered over <strong>15 hours<\/strong>. Course content and study materials cover the information necessary to successfully prepare for the exam.
